Verrrry slow moving, poor communication, minimal anticipatory guidance and no coordination. The contractor they set us up with, Mike Piperni, just emailed me and said he couldn’t do the work in July (6 weeks from now) because he’s taking on two other projects that would push our kitchen to October. Very unhappy. Switched companies.
I will never go anywhere else. No handy man can do the job as well as they do. And Gurantee Warranty for the work and material. I had Alan the one man show gutted the whole Kitchen from the 60's Dark and dreay to New and Bright. Might cost more. Doesn't matter when your paying for Quality. The minute you walk in the showroom they are there to help and guide you. The showroom is filled with ideals and you can feel the Quality in everything you see and touch. We were attempting to return as a repeat customer, but the experience this time was incredibly disappointing. I had to reach out a dozen times over the course of a month just to get a hold of someone. When I called the last time, the receptionist literally laughed at me and said, “Oh, you’re the guy that keeps calling.” I decided to stop by the showroom in person the next day, hoping to finally speak with someone. We recently completed a kitchen and mudroom renovation with Empire Kitchen and Bath and could not be happier with the results.
