Great learning environment with motivated coaches and family friendly atmosphere with a drive to see all participants succeed in technique and skill.
I only rated a 5/5 because a 6/5 was not an option! Kickboxing classes are an absolute must for anyone searching for routine cardio or even a chance to compete. Incredibly welcoming and beginner-friendly environment, The coaches work with everyone in a balanced and respectful manner. Well worth the price.
I am a black belt, I have trained all over the country and this is an excellent place to train regardless of your skill level. The instruction is very detailed and the community is wonderful. The facility itself has everything you would need.
Did a drop in while in Durant for business. Coach Kale and the rest of the students were very welcoming and helpful. Great explanation of the techniques covered in class, and coach was very helpful and present during drills. Rolls were great and friendly. Would definitely recommend.
