This guy was very rude! He called me and didn't leave a message so I called the number back and left a message. No return call till the next day. I answer saying hello. He says, you called me...umm who is this? Yes I returned your call yesterday. I had a missed call from you. He then says I need to do an inspection. I said for what? Luis did a fantastic and thorough job inspecting the home we plan to purchase. Everything was explained in detail. Termite, radon, roof and sewerline to name a few. Fair price, plan to use them again on our next property. Thanks.
I would encourage anyone that needs electrical work inspected to call elsewhere. This company was horrible for us. We were given conflicting information during the entire pool install process, and when they came onsite to inspect, they contradicted what was stated prior. I had to have them out numerous times, and when they would leave they would call and give ridiculous excuses for why they felt the pool was not up to par for the electrical requirements (i.e., I think the frame is plastic) but could have easily identified it... read more
