From the first phone call to the appraisal walk through and the final report, I was extremely satisfied with the courtesy, knowledge and attention to my specific request. All aspects of the process were explained and the offer to answer any questions in the appraisal day or afterwards, was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Empire Appraisals and Inspections, and would not hesitate to reach out to them again if and when needed!!

We called Alex the owner on a Saturday evening and he answered our call , first sign he was great . We needed to get an inspection the fellowing day which was a Sunday he did not hesitate to make it happen. He was there as promised and on time . Alex went through the house with a fine tooth and comb.. Alex answered all my questions and was very informative during the inspection process.. I highly recommend them
