Wasted an hour waiting for tattoo artist to show up just to tell me she has an appointment and can’t tat today even tho she was notified I was waiting and was told she could tattoo when she would arrive. Won’t be going back and wasting my time.
August 16, 2026 — absolutely terrible customer service. I walked in around 10:00 AM and clearly told them I was a walk-in. They told me to take a seat and that someone would be with me shortly. All the barbers were busy, so no problem—I waited patiently. Then one barber finished his customer. Instead of acknowledging that I had been sitting there waiting, he cleaned up at a snail’s pace and acted like he had absolutely nowhere to be. The best place in town by far! Gisselle is amazing , her work is beautiful 10/10 always recommend her if you’re wanting a tattoo Cuzzi is the only one I trust to cut my sons hair , he always does a great job and does so well with my son (4yrs old) when cutting his hair.
