I had an appointment today for service. The whole service department had a not so professional vibe from the second I walked in the door. When It was my turn to check my car in, the service advisor was not very pleasant or professional to deal with. Aside from not only the way he presents himself to customers, I didn’t like the way the service advisor addressed another employee in front of me. I decided to not leave my car here.
