This is lisa Smith, and I got my home done by Empire development, a grant and everything was going smoothly until they hired people to do my roof they took the wrong chimney off. The chimney they took off goes to my fireplace, no one replaced it and I got water damage and no 1 still trying to help me. They paid the roofimg people before stuff got done I need to get in touch with the owner who is Alex. Montero
