Excellent customer service and great prices. Highly recommend this business, they helped us tremendously.
I've called pharmacies and medical supplystores in my area looking for tracheostomy tubes. My last call which should of been my first was a success. It was Empire Homecare .They ordered the tubes with no problem. Thanks Empire.
Its a quiet and professional atmosphere. Prices are a bit high but, they take the trouble out of ordering on line then, having to put it together. So, for that reason alone its a win-win. Just chalk it up if you will, as labor fees.
Garbage. Hung up on me “okay we’re done here, byeeee” after I was told my insurance didn’t work with them, Instead of talking and solving the problem I was abruptly hung up on. I didn’t get my options and it was really rude. Horrible service. I couldn’t believe it. Disgusted
