Jake helped us with our urgent gas issue really quickly, which we really appreciated. He was really punctual, very polite and very thorough in clearly explaining the work he had done. The work was completed on time and he tidied the area afterwards. All paperwork was completed promptly and sent to us by email the same day. I'd highly recommend using Empire Heating Solutions.
Friendly service and great work
Excellent work. Jake completed a full strip down boiler service and replacement of parts, along with a full gas fire service. He attended on time and was very helpful, explaining what he had done. He even tidied up any mess.
