Technician came within 3 hrs of making an appointment. Shawn was professional and genuine in his service. Diagnosed the issue and changed the part, all done in a reasonable price.
Shawn came out for an emergency visit and helped stop the leak from our AC Unit he was very knowledgeable and provided great service!! Honestly what a life saver he was!! It was past midnight and I was so worried!! Not only did he fix it but he educated us on the unit so we can prevent issues!

I’d give 10 stars if it was an option. A/C quit producing cold air, and it happened at 1am. I called Timely shortly thereafter and literally reached a human, not an automated service. From the initial encounter on the phone to when Shawn came out..was terrific. They provide email and text updates and that’s not it. Shawn explained every detail of what the problem was (bad capacitor) and gave me detailed tips on how to ensure our A/C gets to perform at best capacity.
