Very disappointing experience. I called because my home AC stopped cooling and scheduled an after-hours service appointment. I agreed to a $99 diagnostic fee plus a $26 after-hours fee and was given an appointment window of 9:30 PM to 12:30 AM. I stayed up waiting for the technician, but no one ever showed up and I received no call, text, or update letting me know there was a delay or that the technician would not be coming. Had an appointment window, time Past no one showed up or called to give communication of a delay. We have been waiting and need to get AC fixed. Ended up calling back to see what is going on, wanted to have the technician contact me but by then I would be outside of hours costing an additional $100. Ended up just canceling now I need to call someone else. Pretty disappointed with this company not sure how it has such a high rating.
