Had an appointment window, time Past no one showed up or called to give communication of a delay. We have been waiting and need to get AC fixed. Ended up calling back to see what is going on, wanted to have the technician contact me but by then I would be outside of hours costing an additional $100. Ended up just canceling now I need to call someone else. Pretty disappointed with this company not sure how it has such a high rating. I think it’s rare in FL to have a company come out almost immediately. Not only did they come and fix my (ended up being minor) issue, but Shawn gave me a little education on how to prevent the issue from happening again or how to treat it. That’s worth every penny. Thanks for keeping my family cool!
