My experience working with Empires, the technician installing my recent thermostat upgrades was top notch – he was highly knowledgeable, efficient, and communicative which meant that even though there were some initial hiccups getting things set up right we managed to finish everything smoothly within no time at all! 10 out 10 would recommend hiring him specifically next time around too!!!
From their polite demeanor to their impressive knowledge of heating systems, the technicians were nothing short of exceptional! Not only did they show me what was wrong with my current unit but also provided clear diagrams outlining what would need replacing and when it would be done by. Looking forward to getting much warmer in this cold weather!!!
The good reviews are 100% fake. I called because my heating stopped working. They made me purchase an annual plan for priority service to have someone come the same day. They confirmed someone was coming between 1 PM and 4 PM. No one showed up. I called to check in and they assured me someone was coming before 9 PM. They then called a few hours later and told me they won’t be able to come for another few WEEKS.
