Rebekah Thompson and her staff at the Norwich Ny office is very caring and understanding. Even when they are short staffed at times. They get me in when I have a problem with my hearing aids they get me in to find out it's a simple fix. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Excellent service from start to finish. Impressive testing equipment with quick results. Knowledgeable audiologist with helpful suggestions. Allowed for a trial of a pair of hearing aids. Looking forward to years of service.
