My appointment was set up 6 mo ago for Wednesday, 1/7/26. When I showed up, the office was closed. Office hours are now only from +- 11 AM on Monday, only. I was never notified. I called 2 other offices and left voicemail but received no return call. Finally a 3rd call was made on the following Monday, returned, and an appointment scheduled for that day. The appointment went well.
Rebekah Thompson and her staff at the Norwich Ny office is very caring and understanding. Even when they are short staffed at times. They get me in when I have a problem with my hearing aids they get me in to find out it's a simple fix. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you for the continuous help and knowledge For helping me to hear properly! Andy
Excellent service from start to finish. Impressive testing equipment with quick results. Knowledgeable audiologist with helpful suggestions. Allowed for a trial of a pair of hearing aids. Looking forward to years of service.
