Called for my free visit for my new kitten and was treated so poorly by the front desk I dont know if it is worth the free visit. I hope the vet tech is not like his office staff. The reveiws that are bad seem mostly about office staff. Why do they offer the free visit if they are going to treat you poorly when you call to schedule?
Very nice people that work there. Also my dog that's terrified of the vet actually doesn't mind this place. A place I can afford to bring my fur baby's.
Well... first things first.... I had to call them and be put on hold twice because the front desk hung up on me mid sentence as I was describing what was wrong with the dog when I called the first time. I dropped him off at 8am and had to fill out a form with information that should already be in a patient file like phone numbers, owners names, pets name etc... that alone shows little care and investment of the patients in their care.
