I can't even say enough good things about Rao, Shakiria, Emily, Dave and the rest. I'm old school. Their attention to customer service is beyond compare. I like feeling like a person and not a birth date or ins number. I love this place!!!!!
I switched from the big pharmacies years ago and refer everyone I meet to Empire they do everything they can for their customers and they deliver.
I like the way this guy runs his business! Takes the time to make sure you know the medication you are getting and is very customer service oriented! Even the girl up front is very pleasant and helpful. I don't usually take the time to post this stuff but I like small businesses that have the right attitude and approach. I think I have just determined that this will be my pharmacy no matter what.
