Had a pretty challenging issue with my bike that a prior mechanic had trouble fixing. Brought it here and they fixed it. The tune they put on made the bike an absolute dream to control as well, the throttle is sooo much more responsive/granular to control. 10/10 would recommend. I especially appreciated how attentive the staff were. They were considerate, actively listened, and provided excellent insights on what my problems could be. Will absolutely come back here if I want to do more conchy stuff to the bike.
Just went there to get some pricing on some merchandise and a battery for my bike, friendly enough staff unfortunately I scared the crap out of the parts bloke not intensionly that was pretty funny.
Great range of items, fast delivery, super nice and helpful staff. We will definitely be shopping at Empire H-D again. Thanks team!
