They never answer the phone! The hours are not correct! Says they close at 9pm. Got there 15 minutes before closing lights where in door was locked and man at register just staring at me! Customer service 0\10 do not recommend wasting your time
They open when they want to. Not the times posted. If I didn't need to exchange something in would have went somewhere else.
They said they didn't have change. So I took something off and they tried to keep it at the same price saying the synthic spectra hair has a 4 dollar tax on it . Just a broke hair store the hair naturally cost 2.99 w a 4 dollar tax now yeah right . I don't had hair from this store times. Poor ass store I won't be coming back
