I am a contractor and needed a vanity top made for a 30" vanity. My customers walls were out of square almost 3/8" so I gave them a detailed drawing showing the angle and dimensions that I needed. Well they cut it square and told me the side splash would cover the gap. They also polished the wrong end of my backsplash. Also the sink they installed had some yellow glue stuck to the inside of the sink. I will never use the shop again on any future projects.
Their work speaks for itself, and I don't mean that as a compliment. See attached pictures. This was a granite countertop that was installed by Empire when I was not present on site and apparently they considered this job completed as of the time these pictures were taken. It is beyond my ability to comprehend how it is possible for a professional granite outfit to leave a seam like that and consider it done, but that's what happened. I just needed a small piece of granite removed from behind my stove. Other companies weren’t interested. These guys responded immediately, and when the job proved easier than they expected, they charged me less than the quoted price! Not sure if this will fix my dilemma (am waiting for a new stove with different dimensions), but if not, I’ll be calling them to tweak the work. If I ever get new countertops, I won’t even call anyone else, I’ll just go with these guys.
I can’t say enough good things about this mom and pop shop. They are extremely knowledgeable in addition to being friendly and accommodating. We had quartzite countertops installed within two weeks of our appointment…great communication, great workmanship at a fair price.
Esther and Adrian did a wonderful job. I’m very impressed. You can trust them with all your cabinet and granite needs and the measurements were perfect! I love my new kitchen!
