Please change the office staff. Very unprofessional and make things harder for patients. Rude.
Not only were they unable to provide me with their notice of privacy practice (which they are obligated to provide by law), but they incorrectly billed my checkup procedure to a doctor I did not see, resulting in my insurance company denying the charge and sending me a bill for $500, after telling me that I was only responsible for the copay. I will be filing a complaint with the US Department of health and human services. My advice, STAY AWAY. I would give them zero stars if I could.
