Day before leaving our place for vacation, our garage door would not close. No one was around to help, so I made a quick research for repair company to come out immediately fortunately for me I called Empire and while they could not come out that day, they assessed possible problem and offered to try and help me resolve the issue over the phone. Had a garage door repair appointment scheduled with a well known vendor in town and technician did not show within the agreed upon time window, nor was there any follow up. Called Empire Garage Doors spoke with Richard (and Ryan), shared my dilemma but was informed their calendars were booked, however would be able send a team out to determine spring tension required for the replacements then schedule a time to perform the work.
