They came out the same day I called and showed up on time. That doesn't seem to happen these days. I didn't know what was wrong with my garage door. John could have came out and sold me a new spring and I wouldn't even have know. But he didn't. He was honest and made a (to him) a simple repair. He charged me a fair price and was in and out in 20 minutes. He then educated me on how I should take care of my door. I would highly recommend Empire Garage Door & Repair LLC
John and his apprentice were an absolute pleasure to work with. They replaced a broken spring on the home garage door and adjusted the tension on the barn door springs. They showed up on time at 8:30pm on a Friday with great attutudes, educated me on the process at my request, and offered an extremely timely same day service that should be recommended to anyone looking for new garage doors or repairs. 5 stars across the board! 🇺🇸

My spring broke on my garage door. John came on Friday a few hours after I called. After determining the proper size, had to order the part. He came back on Sunday, at no extra charge and install the new spring and adjusted my door. I was impressed with expedient response and caring to get my door operational again. I highly recommend Empire and use again if I have any garage door issues in the future.
