good product, not worth the HORRIBLE SERVICE – stay away from Roy, who says they deliver then says they can't. Admits he was distracted and not paying attention, then won't compensate you for it. Refuses to provide customer service, will walk away from you while in the middle of "helping" you, to service another customer. Doesn't pay attention to details.
