I have been a loyal customer for the last 8 years. I had an absolute terrible experience today. My delivery was unable to be delivered due to the truck running out of fuel. Patrick called me to notify that my delivery would be rescheduled for tomorrow. When I began to ask questions i.e Can another truck deliver today?, Why didn’t the truck scheduled for my delivery have enough fuel?, Why was I being notified so late in the day?
