Does anyone know if it’s normal or their usual procedure to have a 2 day wait to get a fuel oil delivery? I called and emailed them bf 8 am that I am under a 1/4 tank. They said I could pay to get a 100 gallon emergency delivery of over $350, if I wanted it by tomorrow. I told them I couldn’t do that as they know I am a Heap customer. Horrible company! do not use them! My mom has been a loyal customer for years, but after today we’ll make sure she never uses them again. A technician came out for her yearly tune-up on the heating system. He was in the house for about 10 minutes, then called me over and said, “everything is pristine clean” and that my mom needs a new oil tank. That was it. I had ordered oil from them a several times. This most recent time, I came home to find there was no delivery of oil. I called and spoke with Dan who asked me if I was sure, yes of course I’m sure my oil tank has not been filled. He assured me he would look into it and call me the next day.
