You people have had my daughter’s car going on 4 weeks!!!! And still have not fixed it! How are you still waiting for parts? Or is it you’re waiting for her warranty to expire? This is all shady and I’ll be getting in contact with whoever runs that place or better yet have the owner contact me!
These guys are totally inept. They called me last week and told me to bring my car in Monday to complete a recall. I told the guy I can’t do that I’m working. He then told me I have to bring it in Tuesday. I was off Tuesday so I agreed. When I got there this morning I was told I didn’t have an appointment. I waited 20 minutes until they figured out the parts were in Swansea. They told me they were going to send it there and keep it for two days, again I wasn’t asked I was told.
