peter, old owner... absolutely amazing man, now new owner, rude, sent me expired product 3 times in a row,..smelled, almost 2yrs out of date, yelled and screaming at me when I called to send back, horrible....what happened??... empire used to be amazing, now 65yr old drivers, helpers reaking, smelling like garbage coming into my restaurant, customers complaining...once a great company,..now horrible, expired product, rude on the phone,... horrible. order from anywhere else please, save yourself the headache.
Truck drivers take the first entrance before the roundabout don’t go through exit otherwise it’s not possible to backup. People are nice will help you in backing up.
I could train a monkey to drive better than your employees
You should retrain your drivers. Have buddy honking at me to take my left turn when cars are coming and my 4 month old child is in the back, which both men in the truck could CLEARLY see?? Super unprofessional.
You should put your drivers through a training program again. Whoever is driving truck 7 just ran us off the dvp. No signal, didn’t look in the mirror just absolutely cut us off with no cares in the world and absolutely ignored our blaring constant horn. There’s 4 guys in the truck who all have families. Maybe the service is good but the drivers aren’t.
