Had an issue with my Concept II rower and decided to give EFS a call to diagnose. Their technician, Chuck, was very kind and knowledgeable about the Concept II machines. He was able to align my flywheel after its wear and tear, and got it back running smoothly along with providing preventative maintenance on that and my Concept II bike as well. Chuck came out and repaired our treadmill - he was incredibly knowledgeable and helped teach us about what may work best for our future needs. He charges fairly, works quickly and professionally. Will definitely use again.
Outstanding experience from start to finish. I had a bad control board on an old (2001) Landice treadmill. When I contacted Landice directly they said I'd need a lot of work, given the age of the machine. But after inspecting the machine, the Empire techs told me all I needed was the board. Everything else was still in good shape. Their honesty and professionalism saved me hundreds of dollars. Can't recommend them highly enough.
John from Empire Fitness Services stopped over to fix our treadmill which I over lubed which caused the drive belt to slip causing timing on speed of tread belt to be off. John cleaned off drive belt as well as inside of treadmill. Back to normal speed. John was very thorough in his explanation of what happened and very professional. Highly recommend Empire Fitness. Also, they only service equipment so no attempt to sell you a new piece of unnecessary equipment.
