Been coming to Empire CrossFit for 4 years and love it! Carol and Robin are amazing owners who genuinely care about their members. The coaches are always helpful and offer great tips to help you improve. The programming is SOLID, and the community is what really makes this place special. Kinda like that tv show Cheers, but a gym where everyone knows you. Highly recommended!
