Empire Fitness is an amazing gym. The coaches to the people that attend are super friendly and welcoming. I love they have a 5 day FREE trial! I did the 5 day and now I’m a weekly returning customer. The workouts are GREAT and definitely leave you feeling good. I highly recommended anyone to try. Thank you to ALL the coaches!

A very good place; the people are very friendly. For my first day, it was exactly what I expected.
This fitness center is so much more than just a gym. It’s a welcoming, supportive, and motivating environment. You feel comfortable like you are amongst family. The facility is very clean, organized, and well equipped. The coaches are absolutely amazing and guide you to make sure every move is done correctly for your safety. While they also cheer you on! Best decision I made was signing up. No regrets! Thank you empire and see you in class lol 😆
