Goodness Coach Carol is exceptional at what she does. She's smart and fair and treats everyone like her family. No offense to the other coaches but she's the reason I endure those crazy workouts.
Empire Fitness has been a staple in my lifestyle. I have been going here (on and off) for about 6 years. What makes this place wonderful is the community. Members that are lifting each other up and coaches that know you, help push you, and help get you to your goals. It's not easy working out here, but nothing ever is. But going here consistently definitely has me feeling faster, stronger, and ready to tackle life.
