Best gym in glendale, clean, friendly, well maintained. By far the most knowledgeable and helpful trainers in the area. Professional, understanding, and a genuinely fun cohort. Looking forward to trying their upcoming group training options and seeing the expanded space. The members are a great community, supportive and inclusive. If you live close by and want to prioritize your health with a gym membership or looking for an experienced trainer, look no further.
