Empire has been my favorite gym for years now! I love the variety of strength, cardio and yoga. Recently I love the new yoga/weights class and mat Pilates class. 10/10 would recommend!!
My whole family is grateful that we can have personal training with Jade at Empire fitness! We all work out together 4 days a week with her and it’s so amazing to get fit together! She is kind, professional and creates the perfect workouts for our whole family! Thank you Jade and Empire Fitness!
Empire is hands down the best gym in Spokane! I’ve been going here since they opened and nothing compares. The facilities are spotless and well-maintained, the energy in every class is incredible, and the coaches genuinely care about helping you improve. I love that they offer great childcare so I can get a full workout in without stress. The location is super convenient, the atmosphere is motivating, and the community feels like family. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, organized, and results-driven gym!
bad review. I tried booking a massage with Nora. And she refusing to massage me. She says she' feels uncomfortable. Which doesn't make no sense. And now Empire Fitness won't even let me get a massage there. Without no reason. That's not right. I'm not mad at them. They think I'm. They have no right to do that. Damm them. I don't recommend Empire Fitness. They pretend to want your services. I was recommend to Nora. I can get other massage person. Not a good business. Refusing my services for massages. etc. For no Damm reason.... read more
