Nothing else was helping me lose weight and I was ready to give up because I thought that it was not going to come off and I kept gaining more and more weight and I figured it was just a part of getting old! But after about two months I’m down 23lbs. and have gained strength and eat much healthier because Empire Fitness has showed me that it is not as difficult as I thought to workout one hour and eat healthy because it is a change that we have to make for life!
