Every now and then I like to remind my fellow citizens and neighbors how horrible Empower is. The worst. They stole over $500 from me--I heard the banker lady on the phone with the boss, and he said too bad for him, keep it. Shady and predatory. It was a business account for an e-commerce site. I know a couple gram who deposit their pennies here, they seem to be happy. But if you're under the age of 60 find a Real credit union who's leadership has morals and ethics and cares about the local community.
