When it first opened, everything was nice... Not sure what happened.
I asked for a basic oil and filter and was charged for "full service" \$37.97 It took them exactly 4 minutes to service my car. I watched them through the waiting room door. They did not give me full service! On the reciept there is a full service checklist. Among them is Washer fluid. It is marked "Filled. Um I checked and it is NOT full. What a rip off. I will be going back to talk to the manager after work. Unbelievable!
It was always a pleasent experience when I went, even with my two young kids. But the management changed, so we no longer go there.
