When I arrived, Nicole was very professional and very polite and helped me out with the paperwork. Sunny introduced herself and sat me down and she was very professional. Dr. Mattison Donaldson, was extremely professional & very knowledgeable. When I left Deborah and Nicole, kept the mood, very professional and friendly. Everybody gets a raise!!!!!!!! Have a nice day
I went in with such pain and with high hopes that a root canal would work! From the time I walked into the front door to the time I left, my experience was nothing but first class! Dr Mattie Explained every step that would be happening during the root canal and was so kind and so gentle….who would have thought a root canal would be a good experience, but this visit sure was! I haven't been to the dentist in 20 plus years because of one bad experience. But Dr. Meadows gave me the best experience I've ever had going to the dentist. Her and her staff Peter, Jessica and the lovely Sonny as well as the other staff who there names escapes me at the moment are very professional and considerate and highly courteous made me feel like I've been coming to them for years. Great experience. Was made to feel very comfortable. I was constantly checked on to make sure I was OK. I was constantly informed on what was going on. Was actually one of the best ortho experiences I have ever had.
