This was the first time I had an appointment with this Dr. We did have a long wait (which is not usual), however, the staff were especially kind, polite, and efficient. Geri at the front desk greeted me right away, was very polite/friendly, and efficient. M.A.’s Makenna and Yolanda were excellent, executing their functions in a very friendly, accurate, and efficient manner. Our time with the Dr was very informative. He was decisive and followup action was initiated immediately. Thank you.

My experience at this clinic over the past 2-3 years has been, without question, par excellence! The wait is short, the clinic staff, friendly but courteous and professional. Even their billing staff are a pleasure to deal with. Dr. Shakally is definitely one of the best doctors I’ve had. He doesn’t just breeze in and out of the consultation room like most doctors. Received an invoice for a 45-90 min visit. I waited in the room for over 30 mins. Spoke to the doctor for 3 mins. Got my vitals in 3 mins. Filled new patient paper work for 5 mins. Weird.
