I'm disappointed to be writing this review. I thought I had a good experience with Alex, but I learned that the quality of work wasn't up to code. He used Romex in our new recessed lights and it's not allowed to be there in our village. We noticed it when he did it and he confirmed it was okay. We asked him before he ever started the work if we needed a permit and he said no. We learned 3 months later, through a different project, that we did need a permit and now the village inspector is requiring us to tear up the ceiling ... read more
Everything about the experience was exceptional. The electrician delivered excellent job, professional service, and excellent communication. Everything was operating flawlessly, and the job was finished on schedule. The professionalism was excellent, and the prices were reasonable. I would suggest it for any electrical work.
