Joe was absolutely lovely. Even though there was nothing that he could fix (was not an electrical issue but an appliance issue) he helped explain what the issues could be. Joe gave me honest advice regarding extending/installing our NBN connection to our granny flat. When we were ready about a year later, Joe came back and completed the installation.
