Food was just blah. Loaded fries, fries were not cooked enough. Still totally white and Luke warm cheese. Loaded nachos, supposed to be pimento cheese, it was the same cheese whiz that was on the fries. Never again wish I taken photos. It was really bad.

Loved working with Kimberly and the team at Empire Eats. They catered a corporate event with a BBQ Menu and it was perfect! Coordination was easy, food was delicious, staff was on time professional and friendly. Everyone raved about the food (even the kids that attended!!) Looking forward to working with the team for future events!
Giving 2 stars because Empire Eats fulfilled their obligation in providing good food to our guests, and the day-of serving staff was great, but if we were to do it over again we would hope to find someone more communicative and professional, especially for the price range this company charges. We hired Empire Eats catering to provide the food for my father's funeral reception. He loved his eastern NC BBQ, so I selected the signature buffet package from The Pit Restaurant.
