Just picked up prescriptions for my mother here, very kind and knowledgable they got me the Tylenol she needed because there where so many different kinds. Great experience.

I am a new customer to Empire Drugs, and very happy that I found them. My usual pharmacy has recently closed due to a buy-out by a big corporate pharmacy line, who I had used previously. I left them years ago because of their customer service; or should I say lack of customer service. When my pharmacy closed, without warning, I was devastated and lost to say the least. Empire Drugs is wonderful! There customer service is always amazing, they are so helpful and professional. It's the only pharmacy that I will ever use and I tell everyone about them!
They have always been awesome. I went to another pharmacy in Rome after being discharged from Rome Hospital, I needed one of my prescriptions ASAP.I was told to come back in 2 hours, and they didn't seem to care that I needed an inhaler for my asthma. My sister took my prescriptions from them we went to Empire, and they handed me the inhaler to use right off the bat. It was about 10 minutes from start to finish. Awesome.
Empire Drugs provides excellent customer service. If there is a problem filling the prescription they will call you and let you know what the problem is, and even contact your doctor for you.
