I had a fantastic experience working with Mr. Payman and Empire Drain Co for a mitigation project at my home. There was a leak in my bathroom, causing water to overflow from the toilet bowl. I managed to turn off the supply and drain the bowl to prevent extensive damage, but it still affected part of my bathroom floor, vanity, and the first-floor ceiling. Empire Drain Co does excellent service. We had a broken sewer pipe under the foundation, and called a couple of different plumbing companies before called Empire Drain Co. The other companies had to walk away from the job because they weren't sure if they could handle the job. Paul and his team from Empire Drain Co came in and got the job done. Peyman & Empire Drain Co. did a great job solving my issue. Had a clog in my kitchen sink that was too far down for me to snake on my own, and they got it fixed in a timely manner. Were able to come out the following day to meet my scheduling needs, completed the job promptly, and nicely cleaned everything before leaving. Would definitely recommend them, and use them again in the future.

We had a water leak during the cyclone storm, our basement was practically flooded. They came same day and fixed the leak, and restored the insulation along the walls. Very friendly team willing to help.
