Medicaid Enrollees beware of using Empire DM. They will cancel your trip at the last second and not even have the courtesy to call and let you know. I scheduled my trip in advance through MAS. The morning of the appt, Empire DM cancels with zero notice and MAS rescheduled with another provider. The other provider (understandably) has no availability. Their drivers don't seem to know how to drive. One of their buses almost ran me off the road on Carrier Circle at 8:05 am on 7/23 because they didn't maintain their lane. If driving is your job, LEARN HOW ROUNDABOUTS WORK.
The company was great until May 12th when they where cowards and completely disrespectful gave the employees letters and only gave them 5 days notice that they were closing, they really didn’t care about the clients or the employees they just cared about themselves.
I just switched to Empire DM after I've been using Apex for many years and Empire is always on top of their game and on time and are very polite and kind people.
