Tina is worst ever dispatcher and carol is the same person and they never care for there employees or customers
Just wanted to say that I am very disgusted with this company, never called me to say they could not pick me up for my procedure, how low is that. They always sound tired or depressed when answering the phone and sound like they are bothered by you. Need to shut down. I will never use them again.
Absolute TRASH service. They cancel your trip last second without even saying anything to you. This company NEEDS to be shut down or taken over by people that are actually able to do their jobs. Very unprofessional "services".
Medicaid Enrollees beware of using Empire DM. They will cancel your trip at the last second and not even have the courtesy to call and let you know. I scheduled my trip in advance through MAS. The morning of the appt, Empire DM cancels with zero notice and MAS rescheduled with another provider. The other provider (understandably) has no availability.
