Terrible Customer Service, Still Waiting for Refund This company has been a nightmare to deal with. The salesman was great, and the product seemed good. They told me I could cancel within in three days, return the machine and get my money back. I did everything I was supposed to do—called, emailed, you name it. Nobody got back to me. Finally talked to Mary who said she'd help. Got bounced around to Accounting a bunch of times and left a lot of messages. I purchased a Rainbow SRX. I love it,best product ever. My house smells Amazing and my kids can breath better. The reps and staff are responsive and professional. Thank you, I can’t say enough the proof is in the water and fresh air.

I’ve owned a rainbow for over 25 years and have upgraded a couple of times over those years. I’ve always done business through this office because unlike a lot of other offices, this office is professional. They stand behind their customers. From yearly service checks, to calling me making sure I am stocked up on fragrances and other products I usually buy to getting my machine serviced. This place is definitely worth doing business with. They have always gone above and beyond for me, and I’m sure they will for you too!

The Rainbow SRX is a cleaning system and a certified air cleaner all in one. The proof is in the pudding, if the Rainbow stays, the dirt goes. The Rainbow is by far the best cleaning system on the market.
