Steel and Addy were so knowledgeable. Easy to chat with. My rainbow is my favorite. I get super excited to use it every other day. Attended a meeting and they fed us dinner and dessert. A great company.

The William"s and the staff at their office are first class! From the time I received my Rainbow from them, to any question I've had, or when I broke a part, their communications were timely, friendly and professional, as well as their service. I've seen some negative reviews on here. I know sometimes situations go sideways, we all are human, but regardless who we dealt with, I've received nothing but professional servce!! I'd recommend a Rainbow, and especially this office to ANYONE!!! A+++++
SCAM! Do not do business with these people!! High pressure sales tactics and horrible post-sale customer service. They don't answer the phone or return calls/emails/text messages after the sale, especially if you’re looking to cancel the contract.
