Horrible company & sad part is even though our property has shared power service with another Electric Company and our neighbors have another Electric Company, we cannot switch to another electric company that has power coming into our polls all because previous owners of this house already had Liberty established for service. I’m not sure why liberty gets such a bad rap to be honest. Everything is priced extremely high with inflation and I’ve never had an issue when I’ve called to need an extension or arrangement. They’ve always been kind and helpful.
