Empire Developers, associated with Nitin Kumar, demonstrated appallingly poor workmanship and negligent oversight. After purchasing our home, we discovered improperly installed appliances, significant plumbing issues, permanent damage from construction negligence, and a dangerous sewage flooding due to faulty equipment installation. Repairs will cost thousands, and the home is now a health risk. Do NOT trust this company—protect your investment and look elsewhere.
