Beware! This place is a scam, they will try to charge you unnecessary fees! I see the dentist twice a year, and earlier this year had my trays, scans, exams, etc. I recently moved to San Antonio, and when I made this appointment for a cleaning, I specifically asked them to retrieve my records from my previous dentist. On the day of the appointment they 'forgot' to provide me the HIPAA release form, so they could charge me a 'special' rate of close to $100, in order to unnecessarily do the entire exam again.
