I have been trying to get ahold of someone since 2021 when they did my countertops and left circular patterns on the island. No response at all. I emailed the photos again and they were sent back as not able to be delivered. But that had no problem emailing me for a full payment before I had even seen this.

What does one have to do to get someone to pick up the phone or reply to an email? The most atrocious customer service I have ever experienced. Did I mention we paid for our counter top in November and still do not have it? Avoid this place at all costs.
Hello, My sink fell in in a home you installed in 2019 November. The sink was only glued and no clamps to secure it. I called the San Antonio Office numerous time no call back. I called the FlowerMound store and they called and emailed back with directions from the SA staff. But never a call back from SA store. I was told that they don't have the manpower. So go find a handyman to fix it. So disappointed in the customer service.
