We subcontracted this company to install a granite countertop for one of our customers. They chipped a corner of the counter upon installation. The customer pointed it out to them. They attempted to patch it. A year later, the patched piece fell off. They attempted to patch it again. Then once again, this year, the patched piece fell off.
