Owner is easy to work with, friendly and knowledgeable about roofing process and materials. He gave us a detailed written estimate. Five skylights were replaced with Velux models that have remote-controlled blinds. Workers were efficient, capable and were careful not to damage landscaping. WARNING* Do not use this contractor! The guy is nothing but a liar. I should have known from the beginning when he was in such a hurry to get our money claiming he already ordered our windows when he hadn't even measured our windows yet. So 5 months after ordering windows his crew showed up. We had 30+ windows replaced. They replaced them from inside and left a complete mess from day one, it took me 4 hours to clean up after them.
