May 2025 We purchased 8 sets of Bertha HVI Accordion shutters in an assortment of sizes in April 2025. We were told it would take 4 weeks. At 2 weeks we were told they were ready to ship! Evelyn was our contact with Empire. She got us a quote immediately, once we provided the sizes. She was so accommodating when we needed to make some adjustments. Highly Recommended!! Great people to work with, spent the time working with me to get the measurments correct. Instructions and installation were easy for DIY person. Now we have the peace of mind the next time the storm hits our area. Update after hurricane Milton. It was so nice being able to crank down the shutters as the rest of the neighborhood was putting up their shutters. After the storm just cranked them back up. Well worth the investment. Highly recommended!!!!
