I lived on Friendly Court at The Fairfield for 3 years. Dawn helped me with the lease and the required paperwork. I had to move to another Fairfield apartment, because I needed one that was wheelchair accessible. Dawn was attentive and caring when helping me to find a suitable apartment. Don’t live here unless you want to get hit with bills out of nowhere that they don’t disclose. If you renew a lease, They’ll just send you a form a few weeks later, asking you to sign and claim responsibility for new bills you didn’t have to pay with the original lease agreement. And on top of that rent keeps increasing, even though The apartments are made of plastic. Nothing is high-quality yet they claim to be “luxury“.
