Gabrielle Brouillet (formerly Surette) sucks. She is completely unprofessional. She paints herself like your hero when all she wants is avoid your calls when you need her or harass and fine you when she needs you. Hope she’s not your property manager!!!! I could still do her job better.

Awful, awful company. My HOA has been using them for the last 2 years and we just fired them. they did practically nothing for the board. they rarely showed up to our board meetings. When Sam did show up he came in shorts and a hoody. Very unprofessional. Never gave us advise. They just sat back and collected out checks. We did all the work. they never recommended companies for work to be done, they never handled soliciting bids we did, never handled contracts with vendors we did.
